Advice & Tips for Success With NBE

Hello all!*
If you would like to experience success with NBE (natural breast enlargement), please read this list I made; I thought I would help by typing the rules!*
Advice & Tips for Success With NBE
- Try to avoid caffeine.
- Try to avoid carbonated, fizzy drinks.
- Try to avoid too much chocolate, as this has caffeine!
- Try to not get stressed.
- Get plenty of sleep.
- Keep warm as much as possible.
- Eat good, fairly high-protein meals with your pills.
- Always take your pills at the exact same times each day.
- Don't smoke, and try to avoid people who do.
- Don't wear tight clothing; your breasts need to grow freely!
- It helps to not wear bras once in a while.
- Never wear your bra in bed.
- Massage once in a while; this helps for growth.
- Be patient; wait until one month goes by. If you think you have had no luck, then find out.
- You can't always tell true growth by looking down at your breasts. I noticed I had amazing growth under my breasts. I used a mirror to see under my breasts, and I could not believe my eyes, so try this method--it could surprise you!
- I personally find I slip the tape measure; I can't truly rely on it as I can't use it right, so I find my A-cup bras and still try them on even though they are so tight now. I find they tell me the true growth I'm having--I went from barely filling an A-cup to finding the gap would get smaller, and then finally I found no gap--I wouldn't fit at all!
- Always remember that everyone is different, and BE pills that work for others may not work for you. Your body should tell you this; if you keep getting headaches, stomach pains, and even just a horrible feeling, then the pills you're taking are probably not right for you.
- If you're feeling breast pains, tendernes, and strange feelings in your nipples and breasts, then this is a good sign that something is trying to work on your breasts! If the breast feelings keep going for months, then that's even better!
- Remember as Melody said, you are best to measure after your period ends, as yes, you can be falsely tricked by what is only water retention, but if after your period ends you measure and have growth, then yes, this is true growth!* An appropriate time to measure your breast is exactly 1 week after your period ends, and do this once a month (measuring more than once a month not only leads you to measure menstruation-related water retention, but it can also lead to frustration and lack of patience!). If you do not get periods, then just pick a day sometime in the month and measure on the same day each month.
- Please be patient with your pills; if you are a slow responder, it could take you 3 - 6 months to grow, but do not ever take pills for over 9 months as they may negatively affect your health!
Well gals, I hope you have read all this and it has helped you. It's so important to follow your BE rules as this is sometimes why a lot of women fail to grow. This does not mean that all BE pills really work, as a large majority of them are scams, so don't trust sites with pills that contain herbs that are harmful to your health, such as kava kava or even black cohosh. Don't be fooled by sites with pictures of large busty women looking a lot like porn! With anything corny you see, trust your instincts, leave the site, and find a fresh decent-looking one. There are ones out there that are true, so don't lose hope!*** ;)
