Not sure if anyone is aware of this - but you can get breast augementation where the incision is through the belly- button and NO ONE can see the scar.
It's called "TUBA" or Transumbilical Method.
There's a few things you can't do with this method - you can't get a lift during this type of augmentation. You also can't get the solid silicone gel implants, but for a regular saline implant, they can do a TUBA.
Benefits are less scarring (of course) and better retention of senstivitiy. When they cut into the skin and muscle for surgery, it severs the nerve endings which take a LONG time to grow back, if they do at all. I had a c-section and still have very little skin sensitivity on my lower abdomen.
So, if you are going with implants, it's something to look at.
