I've never been with a woman with breast implants but I've seen women with them in magazines, in a strip club, etc.

If your wife or girlfriend has breast implants, I'm curious, do they feel different compared to real breasts. Can you (as the guy) tell by touch that something is not right or does it feel exactly the same as natural breasts?
