Generally, natural breast enhancement, also known informally as NBE, is any method of increasing the breast size that does not involve surgery. Such methods include the use of herbs, glandulars (derived from animals), pills, liquids, creams, lotions, vacuum devices, chest exercises, hypnosis, massages, special bras, and bra inserts (ex. foam, silicone, etc.). This website mainly focuses on natural breast enlargement methods, but we do discuss about breast implant surgery as well.

People often view the term "natural breast enhancement" as contradicting itself; some argue that ingesting herbs or other products into the body for the purpose of breast enhancement is unnatural since the natural thing to do would be to leave the breasts the way they are. But for the purposes of this website and other online sources, we will use the term "natural breast enhancement" to refer to non-surgical breast enhancement.
