RE: Flat2fab book
I am sure that other people more experienced with BE can give you a better explanation than me, but here is mine.
Since everybody is different, they need different amounts of herbs, or certain herbs, taken at certain times. Everybodys breasts require something different.
The commerical pills (I've tried a couple of brands, which I now know weren't the best ones to choose) all have a standard amount of standard herbs in them and mostly don't work cause not many women need these amounts and doesn't work for them.
The woman who wrote the Flat 2 Fab book is called Lucille and she managed to achieve breast enhancement by finding out her specific program, as in finding out how much herbs she needed, what is good, what is bad, massage techniques and so on! Lucille has now simply summed up all the info she has collected over the years into this book.
She tried and tried again with the BE stuff and eventually succeeded.
Her book offers some pretty solid info which I've found SOO useful and also offers a standard basic routine for you to follow, and which you can add things to, or take things away to suit your body and how it responds.
To be honest Im really pleased with her book and I would recommend it to most people who havn't really sorted out their own programs (like me!), but I wouldn't recommend anyone to start thinking that following that book exactly is going to make any miracles happen. It's really a guide to the subject, not an exact recipe for success.
Anyway, Im sooo sure I've missed out some important info while explaining to you, and there are so many more experienced ladies with BE than me who will probably give you better explanations.

Regarding Lucille, I was surprised that she betrayed our common goal of natural breast enhancement by having implants and it seems a bit fake to me to write and promote this book. If she wasn't satisfied with her natural results, then why did she write a book to encourage other people to follow her methods to supposedly become satisfied like her?

exactly, i would never give money to someone for a book on breast growth if that person had resorted to implants and that's one reason why i didn't buy it where can i find this boob blog just out of interest, i would be curious to see her boob job pics

Lucille's boob blog site with her before and after surgery pictures does not exist anymore and the domain has expired.

The book is not the bible of breast growth. It is a guide to the subject of herbs for breast growth and you should check anything you read there with people in a forum such as this, rather than take it in a literal way.

I don't think there's anything in the book that you can't find out anyway. There are enough knowledgeable people to be found, who will give you information for nothing. It's probably best to save the cost of the book and put the money towards your first lot of herbs.

I concur. There are no secrets in the flat2fab book, only guidance. If there were any secret information in it, or little known techniques, then that would make it a worthwhile purchase, but there aren't. Still if anyone wants an introductory read it's often been said that it's good for that purpose.

True, the book has nothing unique to offer. I think the attraction for some people is thet they feel they can get a lot of info in one go, without having to scour the internet or trawl through a forum such as this.
