Good thinking, I couldn't agree more. Buying that book is an added expense you don't really need.

I agree. I read the book and she does offer some guidance and a lot of information (about hormones and such) but nothing that you can't find out there on your own. I guess it does put it all there in one place for you but I agree that you are better off putting the money towards your herb purchase!

The book's OK, but if you want to know anything on the subject ask in somewhere like this forum and you'll get the information anyway. I also don't think the book's invalidated by the fact that the author ended up getting a boob job, as the information is still good, but trawling the internet will get you the same information, that's the point.

The book is well written, but you're basically paying for information you can find for free if you want to.

I agree with what you say about the book's not invalidated by the fact that the author ended up getting a boob job, but I'm pretty sure there are many people who don't agree. After all, what happened to her boob blog?

The book was based on information researched from the web, so it follows that you could do the same yourself if you wanted to and get the info without buying the book. As someone else said, there's nothing secret in the book, it's all a compilation of information you can get yourself if you make the effort.

That's very true, you can get any information you want if you ask for it. You can even get better information.

The old forum is still there but it's acting as an archive for the new forum more than anything, so the new link is the only current link for new discussions but the old forum still of course has a great deal of valuable information.
