Since this subject has been raised, I thought I would give it a thread of its own. The important thing to note about Flat2fab is that the book is a GUIDE. So this means, there are some things which have been proven for some women to help with BE, but until you try it, you will not know. All BE herbs are not listed in that book, but it gives the ideology behind how to do trial and error for natural breast enhancement (pick herb, try it out, ramp up, try another herb). It also shows you massage. Again, it's touch and go and can take several to many iterations to figure out what will work for you.

I would add that I don't think the Flat2fab book should be taken too literally. I'd say it was a useful introduction to the subject and a guidebook to herbal breast enhancement, but not a bible that you should take literally and follow every word.

hi, i've tried flat2fab with high hopes and absolutely nothing, despite the handful of pills 3 times a day. i'm not thinking that i'm doomed to failure though, as i do believe that success in breast growth is possible with herbs. it's interesting to read the above that flat2fab is a guide more than a herbal program because i actualy followed it as close as possible.

on the subject of flat2fab you want to remember that the book is 4 years old now or something like that, so its not like its the latest news or anything i think it's right whats said above that its an introduction to the subject, but you cant take it as gospel especially after this length of time, knowledge of herbs is growing all the time and i don;t know for sure but i don't think that book has ever been updated.

Sugar Berry, do you have any suggestions for an up to date site with information regarding the herbs?

I think you'll find this has the most up to date discussions on herbal breast enhancement that you can find anywhere on the internet.

The fat2fab book is often helpful to newbies, simply because it's well written and acts as a good introduction to the subject. I've not really seen any evidence of the program laid down in the book being very successful however, so I wouldn't recommend anyone to start thinking that following that book exactly is going to make any miracles happen.

Just so everyone knows, the author of the book ended up getting breast implants and as mentioned above the book may be a little outdated now, but all the same good luck to anyone who tries it.

Another thing is that the routine that Lucy herself used is not the routine that's recommended in her book. I asked her why & she said the routine in her book was more "effective", whatever that means. Now we all know that not everything works for everyone, but if I had success with a routine like she did, I'd probably use it if I wrote a book. Well, if I grew, I'd probably just rather share the information for free instead of financially take advantage of women.

yes lucille got a boob job in the end and i dont think it did her credibility a lot of good to be honest. she had a boob blog where she posted her boob job pics but still still referred to herself as a breast growt guru. i think a lot of women thought why is she recommending NBE when she cant get satisfied herself that way and has a boob job
