how to avoid marketing B.S.? what really works?
Hi everyone! I am new to this site, and I have been looking for a blog like this for a while now. I must say, I feel a little better just finding little communities like this one!
My question: Has anyone tried any of the marketed pills/creams/..., and if so, which one's, and did they work? I realize that everyone's body is different, but I am also trying to avoid scams that absolutely won't work.
I am currently starting the Brava system, (tis a bit of a PITA, but still quite do-able for those who are wondering). I have read that it is a good idea to take NBE pills while using Brava, and I figure it couldn't hurt, so any suggestions would be amazing!
Also, I have been searching for the BBC documentary entitled "My small breasts and I," but can't seem to find it ANYwhere. It was made a few years back and seems to have since fallen out of existence. Anyone know where I can find it?
Thanks!

The problem I can see there is how would you know what was working. When you do two things at the same time, it always muddies the waters a little as you don't really know what's doing what. If you're going to commit to something like Brava, surely you really want to know EXACTLY what the results of it are for you, if any.

Yeah, this is definitely true, and I have thought of this as well. But I have read accounts of Brava not working very well or even at all, so I'm doing everything that I can to stay away from having such an experience. In the end it doesn't matter what worked, just so long as something did. Although I could see this affecting my ability to choose the right herbal mixture for me, as I wouldn't be able to see the results (if any) happening. And again on the other hand, a combined effort might prove to be more effective....?

I don't think there are any herbal formulas for breast enhancement that you can say straight out are scams and aren't going to work. However some products will work better than others, depending of course on the individual, since as you rightly say yourself everyone's body is different, plus some products are inevitably better value than others.
